If you work in an office, there is a good chance that you will be dealing with a wide variety of personalities on a daily basis. As an introvert, I can honestly say that one of the biggest threats to my concentration and creativity at work was the looming prospect of getting derailed into a lengthy conversation with a coworker. This would typically result in my brain getting over-saturated with loads of new unconnected information, causing me to lose focus in my projects for lengthy periods of time.
