Dear Reader,

The #1 Secret Of The Confident Professional Introvert

Are you an introvert working in a professional setting? Do you feel like you are keeping a secret that you don't want to let anybody find out?

In a professional work environment, the desire to project a clean, comfortable and bland image for your coworkers and clients is often the biggest concern for an introvert who wants to prove to others that they can "fit in". Is there a better way?

How to Gain Real Confidence at Work

Picture of smiling statue - Confidence - what is it?
If you're an introvert like me, how many times have you heard the following sentences repeated back to you by concerned friends or colleagues?

"Fake it till you make it!"
"Put on a brave face!"
"It's all about having charisma, you know.."

..and my personal favourite:

"You need more self confidence."

Is "confidence" a commodity that we can acquire, or make up ourselves as if it were some kind of magical energy? Based on the above statements, it would appear so.
